Our 2-week sewing intensive is a fast-paced, hands-on training designed for beginners and hobbyists looking to build strong foundational skills in a short amount of time. Whether you’re preparing for a career in fashion or simply exploring a creative passion, this intensive is the perfect place to start.

In just two immersive weeks, you'll learn everything from threading a machine and stitching seams to reading basic patterns and assembling garments — all under the guidance of industry professionals.

With 32 hours of expert-led instruction (16 hours per week), this sewing intensive combines practical demonstrations, interactive discussions, and real-time feedback in a small-group format. No prior experience is required.

What you will learn

  • How to use a sewing machine and serger

  • Sew different seam and zipper techniques, including French seam, welt seam, flat-felled seam, serged seam, invisible zipper, centred zipper, and lapped zipper

  • Sew both woven and knit fabric
